The COLLABORATIVE Stage
This is the “working up and doing” element of “The Incredible to Edible” process. It involves all relevant parties being joined up to achieve the same goal. This is about taking the ideas and establishing what needs to be done.
It is likely that new considerations emerge in this phase as the concepts begin moving closer to reality.
Ideas and concepts will evolve as the understanding around what needs to be put in place becomes apparent, or their relevance changes. For example, a manufacturer may report back that new machinery needs to be built, new packaging requires certain lead times and that products with category 1 allergens require a whole new factory in order to be viable.
We ensure that parties talk to each other at regular times and continue progress to the point that concepts can be physically made and within a commercially viable framework.
